Fixed is moving

The theme for 2011 is that there are no images (photography, videography, cinematic, television ...) fixed, everything is moving.

Even when they present themselves as fixed (the picture is the paradigm of this definition) images are always inside time, they are in the viewer's consciousness of time, and contains a historical time which is necessarily different for everyone (images of 25th April 1974 have not the same content to viewers of April 29, 1974 or for the spectators today, whether young or not).

The time of the image does not match the time of the history of the image. It will be an opportunity to present several works traditionally thought of as fixed, but they are not, reflecting the differences between personal time, historical, aesthetic, and artistic.
